Fun Fact: The Egyptians were the first to use peppermint as a medicine dating back to 1550 BCE.  Peppermint contains 40% menthol while spearmint contains 0.5% menthol.  Peppermint is cooling while also being slightly spicy.  Spearmint is cooling and slightly sweet.
