This tea is the liquid version of chocolate mousse—the most decadent French dessert. A sumptuous dessert tea, Mousse au Chocolat is part of Mariage Frères Gourmand Heritage collection and is elegantly packaged in a chocolate brown and silver tin. 

The decorative tin contains 100 gm (3.5 oz) of flavored black tea.

Tea Tips: Delicious with or without milk and sugar. A P.M. dessert or pick-me-up.

How to Steep: 1 tsp, 8 oz water, 212°F, 4–5 min

Fun Fact: Chocolate mousse has a fascinating history. Mousse is the French word for foam and was supposedly invented by the French post-impressionist painter Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, who was also an experienced cook.
